Rachel Clare Hurd-Wood was born on the 17th of August 1990. She has a younger brother named Patrick, and currently lives in Surrey, England. She has a strong love for dolphins, and her first appearance on screen was in the hit film of 2003; Peter Pan, starring alongside Jeremy Sumpter and Jason Isaacs.

A year after filming Peter Pan, Rachel appeared in a feature film of the popular UK series, Sherlock Holmes. Two years after that she had two more films under her belt; An American Haunting and Perfume.

Rachel wishes to be a Marine Biologist as she gets older, due to her love of dolphins. She also enjoys listening to music, especially hip-hop, and she likes to go ice skating with friends.

Plot Outline: Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with no smell, develops a superior olfactory sense, which he uses to create the world's finest perfumes. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he searches for the ultimate scent.

Synopsis
Sherlock Holmes is called in to investigate a series of murders. The victims are all young girls from wealthy families who have been abducted from their homes. The victims are found dressed in the clothes of the previous victim. Holmes must discover the name of the first victim if he is to solve the case.

Trivia: Both Rachel Hurd-Wood and Jeremy Sumpter had to be hospitalized at different points in filming due to injury and exhaustion. 

Goofs: Continuity: When the Lost Boys first come upon Wendy, Toodles is well behind the others. But in the next shot when Peter arrives, all the boys are together next to Wendy's body.
